Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address :

8 RUE DU REMPART, APARTMENT 2, LILLE, Nord, 59800, France.


The shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense.
We recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment insured.


Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.


If it is approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or initial payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, contact us.


Exchanges:

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail to petit.golem.pro@gmail.com .
